fetch.yml workflow fetches and stores:
- The current rates from Wells Fargo from Wells Fargo
- The current rate information for a 30 year fixed rate purchase conforming loan from Wells Fargo
- The current rate information for a 15 year fixed rate purchase conforming loan from Wells Fargo
