go build .

You need to set these environment variables, then run the pagerduty binary

PAGERDUTY_KEY=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
PAGERDUTY_PORT=xxxx
PAGERDUTY_USER=X8Y4Z0W

Note: The PAGERDUTY_USER is the user id rather than the email. Then, curl localhost:$PAGERDUTY_PORT/oncalls
