BrassicaEDB 2.0: A Transcriptomic Database for U's Triangle Brassica Species

Introduction / 简介

BrassicaEDB 2.0 is a transcriptomic database platform for Brassica species based on U's triangle theory. It aims to provide comprehensive, user-friendly multi-omics data retrieval, analysis, and visualization services for researchers of rapeseed and Brassica crops. The platform integrates six major Brassica species (B. rapa, B. oleracea, B. nigra, B. napus, B. juncea, B. carinata), nearly 3,000 transcriptome datasets, and 39 genome assemblies, supporting gene expression, homologous gene, regulatory network, alternative splicing, pan-transcriptome, and more.

BrassicaEDB 2.0 是基于禹氏三角理论(U's triangle)的芸苔属(Brassica)物种转录组数据库平台,致力于为油菜及芸苔属作物研究者提供全面、便捷的多组学数据检索、分析与可视化服务。平台整合了六大芸苔属物种(白菜、甘蓝、黑芥、油菜、芥菜、埃塞俄比亚芥)近3000组转录组数据和39个不同品种的基因组信息,支持基因表达、同源基因、调控网络、可变剪接、泛转录组等多维度分析。

The platform is developed and maintained by the Rapeseed Biology Innovation Team at Southwest University (PI: Prof. Kun Lu), with members including postdocs, PhDs, masters, and undergraduates, dedicated to genomics and molecular breeding of rapeseed and Brassica crops.
