This seems to have worked and for this PR the initial CI build is available on: https://github.com/democloid/picoTracker/actions/runs/7684728456?pr=101 And here it is running with build number (9) displayed: |

This sets the build number on each GitHub CI workflow run using the GitHub Actions run number.
It also uploads the built uf2 binary to make it available after the workflow completes.
