You can alternatively build your own bundle of CodeIgniter Bootstrap.
- First clone this reposistory
git clone git@github.com:sjlu/CodeIgniter-Bootstrap.git
cd CodeIgniter-Bootstrap
- Run the makefile
make
- Unzip the build
unzip CodeIgniter-Bootstrap.zip
