In this PR, we:

  1. Add vignettes covering the simulation functions available.
  2. Add subject attribute profile generation routine.
  3. Rename bijectionvector()/inv_bijectionvector() to attribute_{inv_}bijection().
  4. Enable OpenMP and C++11 due to dependency on R 3.5.
  5. Update DESCRIPTION with new metadata.

Launch onto CRAN 👍
