Sfdl is a Salesforce case attachment downloader for the Red Hat network, written in Bash.
It is meant for you to add the following to your ~/.bashrc file so that the directory is changed for you after downloading:
alias sfdl='. /usr/local/bin/sfdl'
With sfdl and do_get in your /usr/local/bin directory.
