Description & motivation 💭
This PR removes the custom logic for WorkflowUpdateAccepted events that finds a related initial event with AcceptedRequestSequencingEventId. This can be incorrect and is generally not all that useful. Remove all logic around this as well as add Nexus Operations to failed/timedOut/canceled checks to highlight them in the UI with the correct border
