Hi, I can' reopen the issue #1586

I tested the dev version recently and found no error message on UI when the user doesn't have the role to access the akhq using oidc provider.

Expected:
I expect to see some kind of 403 Forbidden message when I am not authorized.

A recent PR broke the error management, so no messages are displayed
