Regression tests here: Two unrelated failures in association tests. The remainder are expected: the step now correctly records completion status for BOTS data, so there is one new keyword in files downstream of wavecorr. |

Partially addresses JP-3859
Clean up code style in wavecorr.
Also fixed a few minor logic errors in edge cases and added a few unit tests to complete coverage.
