Description
Non-controversial changes to get tests passing on shiny. The only interesting one is that comparing a table row that has an image with masked entries works with astropy 3.0 and numpy 1.12 but not in shiny. I didn't drill to the bottom of this, but in any case astropy 4.1 changes the behavior of table comparison to be more reasonable.
