This is the v1.0 release. Including following features:
- All indicator values from shift external parameter(Usecurrent = false).
- bb_macd ea and ichom & ma channel ea in bb_macd branch.
The next version will force on:
- Remove chart objects when ea is removed.
- Add log information when order was opened.
- Change chart display message from Comment to Objects(label etc).
- Add restriction for open new order. Check if the bar has an order closed.
- When open an new order, the bid/ask price should be bigger or lower than ma channel/icho indicator values.
