reflowOven

Parts

  • small oven (I use a broken bread machine sunbean 4810: which rated 570w in 120v)
  • SSR module. e.g., Grove - Relay
  • MAX6675 Module + K Type Thermocouple Temperature Sensor (< $3 on ebay)
  • Arduino Uno ($6.5) or Arduino Pro Mini ( $4.5) Board
  • 4 Digit LED Display Module (e.g. TM1637)
  • 110V -> 5V step down DC-> DCv module, e,g, any extra cell phone charger)
  • fan * 2
  • two botton (recycling from an broken PC)
  • KAPTON tape
  • 3D printing part for fan adapter and PCB

working parameter

  • working PCB size ~ 15*15cm or less
