WAVPY-by-python

I reprogram the wavpy simulator with python language.

I almost reconstruct the wavpy with python language, and reproduced the program structure. welcome to anyone using, modifing and sharing these code.

You just need run the simulator script. The development enviroment is python3.7 with standard libraries.

If anyone finds the bug or have new ideas, please let me know. Also welcome to contact me, if you have some problems.
