changes between 1.13.5 and 1.14.2 for backporting #155

The following list of changes has been integrated into ros_comm 1.14.2 (Lunar) since the last Kinetic release (1.13.5).

Printed message of the result of each testcase/testmethod? is hard to find when browsing through the test result. Example below:
