Config Updating Bug Fixes
A few bug fixes around updating the configuration from a previous versions of the application. The window would not relaunch and there was some unfinished code I did not want pushed in this update that has been disabled.
Fixed Final Linux Bugs + Extra Fixes
Linux users can now escape from frameless window mode by using the cross in the top left corner of the window. New top bar (header) that appears when the mouse is at the top of the window and in frameless mode for dragging the window around. Menu now shows which options require app restart. Menu hides Mac only PIP mode from linux users. Moved preload script cause it is now not just used by the menu.
