fixed #572

  1. Prettified the UI for the complete User ProfileView Layout.
  2. Added a dialog box popup to update account details and delete the account.
  3. Made the complete UI Responsive.

Thanks for the improvements, i believe this UI is better for it simplicity and the user experience at all.
