Hello Philip.
There is http://docs.oasisopen.org URL which is hardcoded for DBNA CUSTOMIZATION_ID.
But I think the proper URL is http://docs.oasis-open.org at the moment.
This is causing us problems with the schematron file provided to us.

@taalexlistex Thanks for pointing that out. This was a third-party contribution and I never used it myself, so I am very happy that some QA is done :) Let me know when 10.0.1-SNAPSHOT works for you, and I will create a release immediately

Not urgent for us.
We will wait for com.helger.phase4:phase4-parent-pom:3.0.6
