Hi there. I added a reader to support "CastAway" CSV format. CastAway CTDs are becoming commonplace in small scale ecological studies (https://www.fondriest.com/pdf/ysi_castaway_manual.pdf). I'm currently using them in my research. I've also added a typical cast file for testing. Feel free to add it in.

I'll try to review this first thing tomorrow and issue a new release.

Done in https://github.com/pyoceans/python-ctd/releases/tag/v1.3.0

Sorry for the delay. I cannot push to PyPI b/c of pypi/support#1201 but I will create a conda-forge package with this release.
