- Adds support for PHP 8.0
- Removes support for PHP versions earlier than 7.3
- Removes support for laminas-escaper versions earlier than 2.7
- Removes support for laminas-stdlib versions earlier than 3.3
- Removes support for laminas-servicemanager versions earlier than 3.4.1
- Bumps PHPUnit version to 9.3+
- Updates tests to work under new version
