Added LakeEvent.CHECKOUT_PAYMENT_PAGE_VIEWED Trackig CHECKOUT_PAYMENT_PAGE_VIEWED when user opens PledgeFragment of an unbacked project. Updated PledgeFragmentViewModelTest.
