Fix(benchmark): Benchmark Workflow Improvements and Bug Fixes #5

Improved error handling in .github/scripts/store_benchmarks.py to skip non-dictionary entries and prevent workflow crashes.
Enhanced the benchmark workflow to handle first-run scenarios and missing artifacts gracefully.
Added checks to ensure benchmark data is present and uploaded as expected.
Cleaned up workflow steps and improved logging for easier debugging.
No changes to Rust or Shell source code; all updates focus on CI reliability and reporting.
