A collection of scripts to parse and display Private Finance Initiative data
as made available by HM Treasury (via http://data.gov.uk/)

Includes:

	pfi2db.pl - Perl script to turn CSV data into SQLite file (or any other
		    DB supported by DBI)

	pfi-rest.py - Flask-Restless server providing REST API for querying
		      the above data
