Description of the changes
This PR introduces the following enhancements to the
killportutility:killportcan now also target processes listening on UDP ports. The utility will terminate processes using both TCP and UDP protocols on the specified ports.These improvements make the
killportutility more versatile and extend its usage to a wider range of users and use cases.
