Preliminary checks

Describe the problem requiring a solution

AI ignores my hero and walks just near focused on something more distant.

Describe the possible solution

Even if the hero is weak and useless AI should consider attacking him. Especially if hero is right near the path of AI hero.

Yes, the hero runs just near my hero with 4 sprites without attacking him. I'm deeply convinced, that wasting of 100 movement points worth killing even the weakest hero, so he doesn't capture any mine or just help bringing forces or explore the territories.
Especially considering the fact, that AI hero did not perform any useful actions during his turn - just running somewhere...
