The LibrariesContainer is very useful, but conflicts when a new Compose alpha/beta version is released. For this reason, a new custom list was created with same functionality. Additionally, the JSON with all the license information was updated.

The LibrariesContainer is very useful but conflicts when a new Compose
alpha/beta version is released. For this reason, a new custom list was
created with same functionality.
It's been a while since this file was updated. Once we are updating the
open source licenses code, it's a good time to do so.
