This is a patch release where in the "Hours" feature is removed from the Project dialog and structure

This is to allow easier upgrade to v2

If you have already installed v1.0.0, please create a issue so that an upgrade can be arranged
If no issues get created, the assumption is that v1.0.0 wasn't downloaded
