This PR represents the many iterations toward the initial reveal of helm.sh. It's a single-page site, with a certain amount of decomposed jekyll modularity, and a decent amount of statically implemented foo as well; various trade-off miscellany expected from an MVP effort.

I'd like to thank my agent, my mom, and the whole Helm team.

- "The" package manager
- more streamlined description above the fold
- added some emphatic pop to "Helm" in the above the fold description (okay this was my personal note)
- "find, share, and use"
- no more "Deis Deis"
- enabling cache-control headers on all site assets
- ensuring that we're invalidating the cloudfront root resource on all pushes
- added target cache-control options
- optimized (losslessly compressed) png images
this is the preferred persistent bintray "latest released version" link
