boilerplate project to create a tensorflow operation using CUDA

build with make
tested exclusively for CUDA 8 and tensorflow 1.1 with GPU support:

pip install --upgrade https://storage.googleapis.com/tensorflow/linux/gpu/tensorflow_gpu-1.1.0-cp27-none-linux_x86_64.whl

set CUDA_HOME manually or CUDA_HOME is determined automatically
