launch or activate a cmd windown have title cmd_for_netbeans.exe

===purpose
to make netbeans have a command console to run some ruby on rails command.

===note for use
you need copy cmd.exe as cmd_for_netbeans.exe in c:\windows\system32\
why need do this is ahk failed to set title for cmd.exe, for controller
each specific window, I have to rename file to get a specific window title for ahk to controller
