This is the initial release of owoencoder.
owoencoder-1.0_src.zip contains the source scripts that you can run with your own Python interpreter.
owoencoder-1.0_win32.zip contains bundled executables created using PyInstaller. The executables are standalone and contain the scripts as well as the Python interpreter itself. This is intended for people who wish to run owoencoder on Windows without having to install Python on their computer.
