In this pull request, the old issue template for bug reports is transformed into an issue form that hopefully helps as a first step to make the software support more efficient. Additionally, minimal issue forms for other possible types are added.
If you have suggestions for improvement to better fit the development workflows just let me know or feel free to make the changes yourself.
For testing, you can also create issues in my fork of the repository.
