Summary

extend training fetch API with trainer contact email
add participant messaging button and modal in dashboard
implement JS functions to open and send trainee emails
create PHP endpoint trainee_sender.php to send reminders via Mailgun

Testing

php -l processes/trainee_sender.php (fails: php not installed)
