Hello, I did a couple more French translations.
As I messaged @gabboman on WAFRN, one has been significantly reworded:
"Permettre la mise en ligne des médias sans alternative textuelle (pas recommandé - nous voulons que WAFRN soit accessible à tous)"
"Allow uploading media without alt text (not recommended - we want WAFRN to be accessible to all)"
In the original it says (more or less) "... (only enable this if you're evil)"
Apart from that nothing else is significantly reworded.
Also I fixed one grammar error in the English strings.
I hope I haven't messed anything up in terms of git - I'm new to contributing.
