Hi, I'm Gabriel 👋

I’m Gabriel, a Data Scientist with a passion for uncovering the stories data holds. Previously, I was part of the World Bank’s Development Data Group, where I explored the potential of spatial and alternative data to drive meaningful change in global development. No 8000 w, I've joined the Office of the New York State Attorney General, where I apply my expertise in data science and engineering to champion justice for all.

My work is fueled by a commitment to using data to tackle critical global issues and advance the Sustainable Development Goals. With a foundation in Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, and Geospatial Analysis, I focus on extracting insights from spatial data to inform policy decisions, support climate adaptation, and foster inclusive development.
