The backend part of this appears to run successfully. Moving forward there are a couple things to do: |
* use skellytracker for charuco detection in anipose * Error check on getting charuco data * cast to float64 for groundplane calculations * make the boards detected output more clear * update skellytracker version to bring in `process_list_of_videos` * Pass board parameters to skellytracker * remove board size check * remove completed TODO --------- Co-authored-by: Aaron Cherian <aaron.cherian2@gmail.com>

Adding an option for a user to lay the Charuco board flat on the ground and use that to set the 'groundplane' for the data. Not a finished PR - this will require a pretty decent amount of work and testing, so just using this to keep track as we go along.
