Reprojection error into tidy dataset #668

As requested by @roaldarbol, adding the reprojection error into the tidy data csv output.

How its written now, this also puts the reprojection error into the json output, although not in the cleanest way possible.

TODO:

Right now there's a mismatch between the hand and face names that needs to be fixed, so only body points are showing up
Decide if we want to include by camera data in the tidy csv output
If "No" to the above, decide if we want to track this data at all (it's used for the reprojection filtering, but we don't have to include it in any csv/json output)
Fix it so missing data names are filled in according to hands/face numbering scheme instead of left empty
