- Added the tetra2go solo2go platform.
- Fixed issue that caused the fseq player to go into an endless loop if the file handles become invalidated (an expected condition that is not handled properly).
- Fixed issue that caused multiple ESP32 ports to get bound to a single RMT output.
- Added a counter for the number of times a local file has been played.

Changed when the RMT channels get started to AFTER we get the output config. Prevents use of the default values.
