Section Changes:

File Tools:
- Moved lessmsi to the Archiving / Compression section.
  - Reason: It deals with extracting file contents, fits better with that category.
PDF Tools:
- Restructured the section by breaking it down based on tool function.
- Created the following subsections:
  - ▷ Online PDF Toolkits
  - ▷ Offline PDF Toolkits
  - ▷ PDF Conversion Tools
  - ▷ PDF Utilities
