This was used to check for `.sync.ready` which was written by the `devkit` container that should no longer be used, as Docker on macOS has fast enough file handling by now.

This drops the `BEACH_WAIT_FOR_SYNC` env variable from the setup, as it is no longer needed without the `devkit` container and a recent PHP container. See flownative/docker-beach-php#19
