Users who wish to restore the integration can do so with a custom report equivalent to the one removed in this commit, though the plain ConsoleReport should be sufficient in this environment.

Fixie v4 will not be interested in "boiling the ocean" with integrations.

AppVeyor has never extended their test results API beyond their Windows images, which we take to be a vote of no confidence in the relevance of the feature. Fixie focuses on cross platform .NET target frameworks, so non-Windows builds are recommended for speed and compute resource reasons, where this report could have no effect in the target environment anyway. We also find AppVeyor's manual and delayed approach to image updates to be problematic for security compared to alternatives and no longer wish to suggest it as a valid option by including this report.
