The application is deployed and is available via the link 7xvuv-ziaaa-aaaak-qbvaq-cai.
The application allows all authorized users to create proposals for changing the text on the website, and also change the DAO system parameters - the minimum balance for voting for a proposal, the minimum balance for creating a proposal and the threshold for accepting a proposal. To get the current DAO system parameters, you need to run the following command:

To deploy this project locally you need
- install vessel package manager
- Deploy MBT ledger canister
- Edit

Note: I did not make MB ledger part of this project through submodules in order not to complicate this project. It is only needed for local development.
The MBT canister is based on this implementation of the ICRC-1 standard.

To simplify this process, I created a small script transfer_mbt.sh that takes 2 arguments - principalId and amount (in E8s). For example, if you want to send 1 MBT, you run the following command:
