This makes uno-build and uno-test agree on what the output path should be. uno-build has always used build/$TARGET/$CONFIGURATION/ as default output path, while uno-test used to prefer build/$CONFIGURATION/$TARGET/ instead.
This solution doesn't use any NuGet packages anymore.
