Tracing and analysis of curves in 3D + time (filaments, cilia, vessels, neurites, bones, etc).
BigTrace is a plugin for FIJI, using imglib2 library and BigVolumeViewer (fork).
It works with images larger than RAM, reads proprietary formats,
can perform dataset transforms, and is scriptable.
