…ions#1411. Fixes eclipse-collections#288. Currently there is a repository build using a feature.xml and category.xml but this is quite inconvenient for a project deployed to maven central. This instead uses the 'p2-maven-repository' packaging instead what has many benefits: - integrates into the maven build without additional configuration - can be deployed to maven repositories - can be consumed from maven like any other artifact - no need for additional deployment it can be referenced in an eclipse target file like this: mvn:org.eclipse.collections:p2-site:12.0.0
