- 6+ years of experience developing and operating production Kubernetes clusters
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and Cloud-Native technologies
- Proven ability to architect and operate large-scale web services with 99.9 % SLA Practical knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS and GCP)
- Fundamental knowledge of distributed systems and algorithms
- Practical engineering manager experience (team size: 6-10)
- Contributes to Kubernetes (mainly sig-scheduling, sig-node)
