What was wrong?

Missing Prague updates

How was it fixed?

  • Serialize requests_hash for Prague block headers
  • Serialize authorization list fields
  • Add comprehensive test for sending signed set code transaction
  • Add test for checking new block fields at fork transition
  • Add some obvious validation tests
  • Add missing Cancun field validation tests

Main updates for Prague:

- Use ``PragueVM`` by default
- Serialize ``requests_hash`` for Prague block headers
- Serialize, validate, and normalize authorization list fields
- Add type 4 to known transaction types
- Add test for sending signed set code transaction
- Add test for checking new block fields at fork transition

Add a tests for type 4 transaction:

- Add a test for building and sending a type 4 transaction via
  py-evm backend.

Test send raw, send, and send_signed APIs:

- Test sending raw, "send", and "send_signed" APIs for
  set code transaction. This tests the transaction builder's
  ``new_set_code_transaction`` as well as the
  ``new_unsigned_set_code_transaction`` methods.
