I've removed all white spaces and extra lines from our documentation 😄

Please revert changes to the binary file ( docs/en/_exts/configurationblock.pyc), that could break things.

@Majkl578 Oh, strange, the script should only touch .md and .rst files 🤔

Gonna revert, thanks for the review.
