Quickly fit a layer to its parent* with keyboard shortcuts:
- 👨👦 Fit to parent
ctrl alt cmd p
↔️ Fit to parent's widthctrl alt cmd w
↕️ Fit to parent's heightctrl alt cmd h
*A parent can either be a group or an artboard depending on your layer/group structure. This can be super handy.
- Sometimes fitting text boxes to their parent can be screwy
- Aspect-ratio-locked shapes (squares, circles, etc) sometimes behave unpredictably
