Depends can now be built with Qt5.9.4 , which is Qt's new long term support version.
Apply patch from QTBUG-67286

There were surprisingly many `#ifdef` fallbacks for Qt 4. Removing them simplifies maintenance, as well as adding new GUI functionality. (cherry picked from commit 907f73bbc5b6c98b01d7c6088a294dea66634a3f)
